Not sure if my opinion has much weight but just wanted to put in my 2c: when I first started raiding with Gand, I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed. I expected him to be decent (he's been playing for a while) but he surpassed all expectation. He is (and I don't exaggerate) one of the best tanks I have had the chance to raid with. Whether he's done it before or not, he learns quickly and listens well, and usually gets it right first go. Reaction time is really good (as is common with druid tanks anyways)
 saved me many a time. Very capable in both tank, offtank and utility roles. I say this all without bias Wow Ael - how much did he pay you to say that? I trust your opinion so I'll vote yes.

If the guild felt absolutly nescessary, i would swap it to resto. However the furious weapons are half decent for PvE, and i originally played a disc priest with 2k+ rating and hope to reach a simular state on my shaman How can you contribute to our guild? What do you think of our goals? Helping out with heroics, 10 mans and more importantly heroics. Im generally willing to help any willling cause (no..i wont spend all day running ur alts through WC, but if u need help with a quest or somthing, im there) Repairing/enchanting my own gear isnt a problem. I hav basic JC (enough for epic gems) and can cut a handful of gems. What are your goals in playing WoW? (PvP/PVE): PvE, progression is nice, but as long as everyone is having fun. Id rather be wiping on FL with nice ppl, then doing yog hard mode with a bunch of losers Raiding experience (include if you have Naxxramas experience): All BC content, excluding Sunwell as shadow priest and feral druid. All nax/eoe/OS as holy priest/prot paladin. Ive done a few instances with members of Defiance, adn u all seem super nice ^^ Raiding with Dunson would also be a treat, as he is a mate irl If the guild fails to progress, what would you do? If cores were leaving, people were screwing around, and everything was going downhilll, id probably leave. If progression alone is failing, but we're still able to giv everything a decent shot and hav fun doing it, ill be sticking around. I don't know how other people feel but I think you need to gear up some more before you could raid with us for progression. Also you haven't yet enchanted some of your gear or gotten Sons of Hodir rep which we see as a must for serious raiders.
We could possibly give you a friends invite as you are Dunson's friend and until you gear up some more but that's up to Frackn. I think we've been accepting far too many people as friend's and these people can only raid upto halfway through our raid times and it's really messed the guild up. I'm gonna decline on that note.

Yumcha - Who the hell changed my note to Puff Daddy? Gandorn, you tank well and would be a welcome addition to our guild for 10-man runs only. I don't think I can accept you for 25-mans because you'd be unavailable more that 50% of the time but for 10-man, friday/satday night, we definitely need tanks and would like to give you a trial position. Pst Yumcha, tygrin, Tixi or cyphire in game for ginvite. Or Pst alexander but i dunno how to spell his name.
